Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and concierge, during weekend shifts.
- Manage and motivate a diverse team of staff members to ensure high performance and morale.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with the utmost professionalism.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the purchasing department to minimize waste.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and company policies.
- Drive revenue through upselling strategies and efficient check-out processes.
- Conduct daily briefings with the weekend team to align on goals and priorities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality management or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
- A valid Food Handler’s Card and Driver’s License.
