Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences during weekend check-ins, check-outs, and concierge services
- Manage weekend event operations and VIP guest requests with precision
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure flawless weekend operations
- Handle weekend revenue management tasks including upselling and inventory checks
- Maintain detailed guest profiles and personalized service preferences
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly during peak weekend hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Flexible availability including Saturdays and Sundays (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
