Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during weekend shifts with warm hospitality and attention to detail
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using our proprietary hotel management system
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly to maintain 98%+ satisfaction ratings
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations
- Process payments and manage cash drawer with 100% accuracy
- Uphold brand standards in facility presentation and safety protocols
- Participate in weekend team briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability required: Saturdays and Sundays, 6AM-2PM or 2PM-10PM
- Proficient in property management systems (Opera, Sabre, or similar)
- Excellent communication skills with multilingual abilities a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening
