- Manage high-volume check-in/check-out processes efficiently
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless service delivery

- Maintain pristine facility standards during peak weekend hours
- Process payments and manage point-of-sale systems accurately
- Assist in weekend inventory management and restocking
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday)
- Proficiency with point-of-sale and reservation systems
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Valid New York State driver's license preferred
- Flexibility to cover occasional weekday holiday shifts
