Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest services across resort amenities including poolside concierge, beach access coordination, and event support
- Manage check-in/check-out processes for weekend guests with efficiency and warmth
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records using POS systems
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly, escalating complex issues to management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Maintain pristine facility standards through regular inspections and light maintenance
- Assist with weekend event setup, registration, and guest support
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 8 PM shifts)
- Proficient in basic computer operations and payment processing systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities with excellent communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid Virginia driver's license (for occasional errands)
- Positive attitude and passion for creating exceptional guest experiences
