Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest services and concierge support during weekend shifts
- Manage check-in/check-out processes and resolve guest inquiries promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Execute weekend promotional events and local activity recommendations
- Maintain meticulous property appearance and safety standards
- Process payments and manage reservation systems accurately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to exceed guest satisfaction metrics
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability to work every Saturday and Sunday (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Proficiency with reservation software and POS systems
- Valid Colorado driver's license for occasional errands
- Knowledge of Denver attractions and transportation
- Flexible attitude and passion for tourism industry
