Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through personalized service and attention to detail
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently while maintaining accuracy
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly using problem-solving skills
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure facility standards
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures with precision
- Execute promotional activities and upselling opportunities to enhance revenue
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of local attractions and amenities
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality, customer service, or related field preferred
- Unavailability for weekday shifts (must be available Saturdays and Sundays)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse clientele
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, high-traffic environments
- Basic proficiency with reservation systems and POS technology
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to cover occasional holiday shifts as needed
- Must be 18+ years old and able to pass background check
