Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to weekend guests at our downtown Austin locations
- Coordinate event logistics for weekend weddings and private functions
- Manage guest check-ins and ensure seamless venue operations
- Train and mentor new weekend team members
- Maintain pristine venue standards and troubleshoot operational issues
- Collaborate with weekday management for consistent service delivery
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hospitality or customer service experience
- Availability to work every Saturday and Sunday (8am-6pm)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Texas Food Handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Proficiency in venue management software systems
