Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through personalized interactions and proactive problem-solving
- Manage venue operations during peak weekend hours including reservations, seating, and inventory
- Train and mentor weekend staff on service standards and emergency procedures
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend event execution
- Implement upselling strategies to enhance guest experience and venue revenue
- Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and quality control protocols
- Conduct post-shift reporting and venue readiness checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Availability to work every Saturday and Sunday (8am-8pm shifts)
- Proficient in reservation systems and POS technology
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Valid Texas Food Handler certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
