Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across front desk, concierge, and valet operations
- Manage check-in/check-out processes with precision and warmth
- Coordinate with dining and event teams for seamless guest experiences
- Resolve inquiries and troubleshoot issues using creative problem-solving
- Maintain detailed guest preference records for personalized service
- Support weekend event operations and VIP guest arrangements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak weekend periods
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Availability for all Saturday/Sunday shifts (7am-11pm)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Proficiency in Opera PMS or similar hotel management systems
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license (for valet operations)
- Flexible attitude toward rotating weekend responsibilities
- Local Boston knowledge preferred
