Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hospitality or customer service experience
- Availability for all Saturday/Sunday shifts (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
- Expertise in Boston attractions, dining, and transportation
- Proficiency in Opera/PMS property management systems
- Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Valid Massachusetts Food Handler's certification preferred
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
