Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service across all touchpoints including check-ins, inquiries, and issue resolution
- Coordinate weekend operations including inventory management and venue preparation
- Execute event setups and breakdowns for weekend activities and private functions
- Maintain safety and cleanliness standards throughout all public areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures accurately
- Document guest feedback and operational insights for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 2+ years customer service or hospitality experience
- Weekend availability mandatory (Saturday/Sunday 8am-8pm shifts)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic office software
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Valid Massachusetts Food Handler's License or willingness to obtain
