Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service during weekend shifts at high-traffic downtown venues
- Manage guest check-ins, reservations, and special event coordination
- Process payments accurately using POS systems and maintain cash handling protocols
- Coordinate with weekend event teams to ensure seamless venue operations
- Assist with weekend inventory management and venue preparation
- Address guest inquiries with local Detroit recommendations and event information
- Uphold brand standards while adapting to dynamic weekend demand fluctuations
Qualifications
- 1+ years of hospitality, retail, or customer service experience
- Availability for consistent weekend shifts (Fri/Sat/Sun) with no weekday commitments
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic cash handling procedures
- Strong communication skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of Detroit attractions, events, and local geography preferred
- Ability to work standing for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible schedule availability including holiday weekends
