Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to weekend guests with warm, authentic New Orleans hospitality
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using our property management system
- Coordinate concierge services and local recommendations for weekend visitors
- Handle billing inquiries and process payments accurately
- Maintain pristine common areas and guest room standards
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during high-volume weekend operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality, tourism, or customer service
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Proficiency with property management systems and POS technology
- Strong communication skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced settings
- Deep knowledge of New Orleans attractions, dining, and culture
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid Louisiana driver's license preferred
- French language skills a plus
