Responsibilities
- Oversee front desk operations and guest services during weekend shifts
- Manage VIP check-ins and special event coordination
- Train and mentor weekend staff on service standards
- Resolve guest inquiries with exceptional problem-solving
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams
- Handle cash operations and billing procedures
- Maintain comprehensive guest preference records
Qualifications
- 2+ years hospitality/customer service experience
- Flexible availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera preferred)
- Valid NYC Food Handler's Certificate
- Ability to work autonomously in high-pressure environments
- Fluent in English; multilingual a plus
