Responsibilities
- Manage weekend front desk operations and staff scheduling for 15+ team members
- Handle VIP guest check-ins and resolve escalated service issues with diplomacy
- Oversee weekend event coordination and banquet service execution
- Conduct daily inventory management and operational audits
- Mentor weekend staff on service standards and safety protocols
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless operational transitions
- Analyze weekend performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years hospitality or customer service leadership experience
- Flexible weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts, 8am-8pm)
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, Delphi)
- ServSafe certification preferred
- Exceptional communication and team-building skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal weekday oversight
- Valid Virginia driver's license required for vendor coordination
