Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their needs to ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Stock merchandise shelves and organize displays to maintain a clean and appealing store environment.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently during peak weekend hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in processing stock transfers as needed.
- Ensure the sales floor is tidy, safe, and compliant with company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekly sales goals and targets.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
- Reliable transportation to the Milwaukee location.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
