Responsibilities
- Assist Customers: Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to all customers and clients visiting our Charlotte location.
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate cash registers, POS systems, and standard office or store equipment.
- Stock & Display: Maintain inventory levels by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring the workspace is clean and presentable.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve daily goals and maintain high operational standards.
- Issue Resolution: Handle customer inquiries, returns, and minor issues with a positive and solution-oriented attitude.
- Adherence to Policy: Follow all company safety guidelines, operational procedures, and attendance policies strictly.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a consistent basis.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and reliability in previous employment.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail, customer service, or general labor is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidates.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform light physical tasks.
- Legal: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
