Responsibilities
- Event Support: Assist in setting up event venues, tables, and equipment according to safety guidelines.
- Guest Relations: Greet and direct guests with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive experience.
- Operational Assistance: Manage event flow, handle customer inquiries, and resolve minor issues efficiently.
- Point of Sale (POS): Operate POS systems accurately to process sales and transactions.
- Brand Representation: Promote our client's brand and products with enthusiasm and accuracy.
- Site Maintenance: Perform basic cleaning and organization tasks to maintain venue standards.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Documentation: Must possess a valid government-issued ID and social security card.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, trustworthy, and able to commit to weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday).
- Communication: Strong communication skills and a positive, outgoing attitude.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from Miami event locations.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods (typically 4-8 hour shifts).
