Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process transactions efficiently.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, inviting store environment throughout the weekend.
- Handle cash, credit, and gift card transactions with strict adherence to company security protocols.
- Assist in inventory management and perform daily stock counts as required.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
