Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Efficiently sort, load, and unload packages and freight to ensure timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks during the shift.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate handheld scanners and forklifts (if certified) to move materials.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow employees to resolve operational issues.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work exclusively on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or specific weekend shifts as required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and attendance.
- Experience: Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and possess a valid ID.
