Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently to process incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues for our clients.
- Manage inventory by scanning barcodes, organizing stock, and conducting cycle counts.
- Ensure a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily performance targets and productivity goals.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks utilizing proper lifting techniques and equipment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays as required.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with scanning devices.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Physical stamina required to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
