Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend inbound/outbound shipments using WMS systems
- Manage inventory reconciliation and cycle counts during off-peak hours
- Supervise weekend warehouse staff and ensure OSHA compliance
- Process urgent orders and troubleshoot logistics exceptions
- Communicate with cross-functional teams for seamless weekend operations
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records
- Optimize weekend workflows for maximum efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; logistics certification preferred
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience
- Proficiency with inventory management software (SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexibility to work rotating weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday)
- Basic knowledge of DOT/FDA regulations
