The Role:
As the Weekend Logistics Supervisor, you will be the face of our operations during peak hours. You will ensure the seamless flow of goods, manage a team of warehouse associates, and maintain the highest standards of safety and quality control.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all daily operations during weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).
- Oversee loading, unloading, and inventory management for incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Enforce strict safety protocols to ensure a zero-incident workplace environment.
- Train, mentor, and schedule weekend staff to maximize productivity.
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and customer service issues promptly.
- Conduct regular quality assurance checks on inventory accuracy and stock levels.
- Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate shift logs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or team supervision.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
