Responsibilities
- Assist physicians with patient examinations and procedures
- Perform vital signs, EKGs, and point-of-care testing
- Manage electronic health records (Epic EHR) with precision
- Administer injections and medications per protocols
- Sterilize equipment and maintain exam rooms
- Coordinate patient education and discharge planning
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams seamlessly
Qualifications
- Active MA certification (CMA or RMA)
- 2+ years clinical experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic a plus)
- Exceptional communication and empathy skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Flexible schedule availability (Saturdays/Sundays)
- NC state license in good standing
