Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service during weekend night shifts (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate sales records
- Stock shelves and maintain visually appealing store displays
- Operate POS systems and process returns/exchanges efficiently
- Collaborate with night shift team to ensure store security and cleanliness
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Respond to customer inquiries with product knowledge and enthusiasm
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years old with weekend/night shift availability
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Reliable transportation to San Jose location
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) exclusively
