Responsibilities

- Train new associates on venue-specific procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or nightlife experience preferred
- Availability Friday-Sunday nights (11 PM - 7 AM)
- TABC certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of Austin's entertainment district
