Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during weekend night shifts (Saturday/Sunday 10 PM - 6 AM)
- Manage inventory and restock merchandise during off-peak hours
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain store security and safety protocols overnight
- Process online orders and fulfill curbside pickups
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure operational readiness
- Report maintenance issues and equipment malfunctions
Qualifications
- Must be available for Saturday/Sunday night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math and cash handling skills required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during overnight shifts
- Strong attention to detail in inventory management
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation to Almaden Ave location
- Customer service experience preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
