Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during weekend night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Operate point-of-sale systems and process transactions accurately
- Maintain inventory control and stock replenishment procedures
- Ensure facility security and safety protocols are followed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Complete daily operational reports and documentation
Qualifications
- Must be available for all Saturday and Sunday shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and POS system aptitude
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with scheduled breaks
- Valid Washington state ID or driver's license
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous customer service experience preferred
