Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service during evening and weekend hours
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Perform nightly room inspections and maintenance coordination
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily reports
- Collaborate with security team for guest safety protocols
- Assist with event setup and weekend special operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability including weekends and overnight shifts
- Basic computer proficiency with booking systems
- Valid Texas driver's license (for property runs)
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
