Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service during weekend evening shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Safely operate POS systems and maintain accurate transaction records
- Prepare and serve food/beverage items following sanitation standards
- Monitor premises and ensure security protocols are maintained
- Coordinate with day-shift teams for seamless operational handovers
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service excellence
Qualifications
- Flexible availability for weekend nights (Friday-Sunday, 10 PM-6 AM)
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in a fast-paced setting
- Basic food handling certification (ServSafe) or willingness to obtain
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
- Valid California driver's license (if required for deliveries)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration
