Responsibilities
- Execute customer service protocols with exceptional professionalism during peak weekend hours
- Operate point-of-sale systems and maintain accurate transaction records
- Monitor inventory levels and restock merchandise according to company standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operational flow
- Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures during overnight shifts
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Complete end-of-shift reporting and handover documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college students strongly encouraged
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience preferred
- Availability to work Friday-Sunday nights (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and digital inventory tools
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license (if driving required for role)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities
- Reliable transportation to downtown Philadelphia worksite
