Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during weekend and overnight shifts
- Monitor property security and guest safety protocols
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions
- Prepare and maintain clean, welcoming guest areas
- Respond promptly to guest requests and emergencies
- Complete accurate shift reports and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Must be available weekends and overnight shifts (Friday-Sunday, 10PM-6AM)
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid NV work permit and reliable transportation
- Basic computer proficiency required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible schedule availability is mandatory
