Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care coordination during weekend night shifts
- Monitor and maintain medical equipment and supplies inventory
- Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Document patient information accurately in electronic health records
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure seamless care transitions
- Respond to emergency situations following established protocols
- Support facility security and access control procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in healthcare or customer service
- Availability to work flexible weekend schedule (Fri/Sat/Sun nights)
- Basic life support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient with electronic medical record systems
