Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehousing operations, including picking, packing, and shipping orders with precision and speed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure accurate stock levels are maintained throughout the night shift.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless transition and continuity of operations.
- Resolve customer inquiries and process returns with a focus on exceptional service quality.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, retail, or logistics setting is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, with a reliable attendance record.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
