Responsibilities
- Execute accurate order picking, packing, and shipping operations to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using our WMS.
- Ensure all packaging materials are used efficiently to minimize waste.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify workflow improvements and boost productivity.
- Maintain a high standard of housekeeping and safety compliance during night operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not always required.
- Ability to work rotating Night Shifts and Weekends on a consistent basis.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality.
