Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during weekend and overnight shifts
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Monitor security protocols and maintain safe premises during off-hours
- Stock inventory and ensure merchandise presentation standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals
- Document incidents and prepare shift handover reports
- Adhere to all company safety and compliance regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Availability to work weekends (Fri-Sun) and nights (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid state ID and reliable transportation
- Basic math and communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
