Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, package, and prepare customer orders for overnight delivery
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and stock rotation
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively (forklift certification a plus)
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow during peak hours
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards
- Assist with facility cleanliness and organization duties
- Communicate inventory discrepancies to shift supervisor promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to North Phoenix facility
- Pass background check and drug screening
