Responsibilities
- Execute daily operational tasks and standard operating procedures (SOPs) with precision during night hours.
- Monitor and maintain a safe and secure environment for all employees and guests.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure product and service excellence.
- Collaborate effectively with the night shift team to ensure seamless workflow and communication.
- Assist in inventory management and logistics as required by the shift supervisor.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries or internal requests with professionalism and efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work weekends and night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethic.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate standard office or operational equipment.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
