Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain operational equipment during overnight shifts
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and in-person interactions
- Perform routine safety checks and incident documentation
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless handovers
- Process transactions and maintain accurate records
- Respond to emergency protocols with calm professionalism
- Support inventory management and facility upkeep
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Minimum 1 year shift-based experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Valid California driver's license (if applicable to role)
- Basic computer literacy and POS system experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexibility to adapt to changing operational needs
- Clear background check and drug screening required
