Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care and support during overnight shifts
- Monitor patient vital signs and document medical records accurately
- Assist with patient mobility, hygiene, and daily living activities
- Respond promptly to patient calls and emergency situations

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Ability to work nights (10 PM - 6 AM) and weekends (Sat/Sun)

- Valid CPR certification (training provided if needed)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Reliable transportation to Phoenix worksite
