Responsibilities
- Perform daily warehousing and logistics operations efficiently during the night shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Load, unload, and stage inventory with a strict focus on accuracy and safety protocols.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and in full compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and work areas to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain accurate digital records of stock levels and shipment logs.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless handovers and operational continuity.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday through Sunday) and night shifts.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
