Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Provide friendly, responsive service to all customers during evening/weekend shifts
- Manage cash register operations, including balancing drawers and handling payments
- Maintain clean, organized checkout areas and restock merchandise as needed
- Assist with inventory management and store merchandising tasks
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and escalate issues to management when necessary
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during peak hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
- Availability to work evenings (6 PM - 2 AM) and weekends (Saturday/Sunday)
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash/transactions
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace
