Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Stock shelves, rotate inventory, and maintain store cleanliness standards
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide friendly service
- Monitor security protocols and report suspicious activities
- Operate cash registers and handle cash/credit transactions securely
- Support end-of-day reconciliation procedures
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age with valid work authorization
- Flexible availability for weekends and overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash transactions
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to/from assigned store locations
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
