Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately using POS systems
- Manage cash handling, refunds, and daily reconciliation procedures
- Maintain organized store appearance and stock during overnight shifts
- Provide exceptional customer service during peak late-night hours
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth overnight operations
- Monitor security protocols and report suspicious activities
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
Qualifications
- Available for weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday) and overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash/financial transactions
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in high-pressure situations
- Reliable transportation to our Commerce Drive location
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during shifts
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US
