- Coordinate warehouse operations during weekend and overnight shifts

- Lead team of 3-5 associates with clear task delegation

- Resolve operational challenges and escalate issues as needed
- Maintain accurate shift documentation and performance metrics
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college students encouraged)
- Availability to work flexible weekends and night shifts (Fri-Sun 10PM-6AM)
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with occasional lifting
- Valid North Carolina driver's license preferred
