Responsibilities
- Coordinate shift handovers and maintain operational continuity during weekend and night hours
- Monitor facility security systems and respond to emergency protocols
- Manage inventory and supply chain logistics for after-hours operations
- Train and onboard new staff on weekend shift procedures
- Document incident reports and operational metrics
- Collaborate with day-shift managers for seamless workflow integration
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in shift-based operations or customer service
- Availability to work weekends and nights (Fri-Sun, 10 PM-6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in inventory management software
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
