- Coordinate venue operations during peak weekend hours (Saturday/Sunday 10 PM - 6 AM)
- Manage staff scheduling and real-time deployment across multiple locations

- Monitor crowd dynamics and resolve guest concerns with professionalism
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and post-shift performance reviews
- Maintain accurate incident documentation and compliance records
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in nightlife/hospitality security or management
- Valid Pennsylvania Crowd Manager Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions under pressure
