Responsibilities
- Coordinate warehouse operations during weekend and overnight shifts, ensuring efficient workflow
- Manage inventory systems and conduct accurate stock counts
- Supplement team during peak hours, maintaining productivity standards
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Document shift activities and prepare detailed reports
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless operations handover
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (if operating vehicles)
- Availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) or overnight (10 PM-6 AM)
- Basic computer proficiency with inventory software
