Responsibilities
- Manage inventory and order fulfillment during weekend and overnight shifts
- Coordinate transportation logistics for urgent deliveries across Chicagoland
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all shift activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Uphold safety protocols and quality standards during all shift hours
- Respond to operational escalations with timely resolution
- Support end-of-month reconciliation and reporting processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years experience in logistics, warehousing, or shift operations
- Availability for flexible weekend and overnight shifts (Fri-Sun, 10PM-6AM)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Basic proficiency in inventory management software
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
